Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for elementary-age students.
• Provide 1-on-1 full-time nursing support to a specific caseload of students.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and school staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide patient education and support to promote health and wellness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Valid California state RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
