Core Responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of proven success in automotive sales management (as a Sales Manager, F&I Manager, or Closer).
Track Record: Verifiable history of maintaining high sales volumes, and top-tier CSI scores.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, deal-structuring, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dealership CRM systems (VinSolutions, Global Connect, Dealertrack) and digital inventory tools.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable, clean driving record. Must pass background and drug screenings.
