Join our award winning team at Matrix Home Care, where quality care meets compassionate service. Our team is rapidly growing and we are seeking Hi-Tech Registered Nurses for Per Diem Start of Cares/Visits in the Palm Beach County area.

Location: Palm Beach County

Schedule : Flexible - Per Diem

Pay: Competitive and based on experience

Skills and Experience Needed:

IV Therapy and Medication Administration
IVIG Infusion Experience
Wound Care and Wound Vac Management
Tracheostomy Care
Ventilator Support (Adult and Pediatric) Clients
G-Tube /Feeding Tube Support ( a plus)
Strong Clinical Judgment and ability to work independently

Requirements

Requirements:

Active Florida RN License
Minimum 1 Year of Home Health Acute Care experience
Strong Documentation and Communication skills
Reliable transportation
