Job Description - HOA / Condo Association Attorney (Board Representation)

Note: Experienced HOA / Condo Association Attorneys Only — This Is Not an Entry-Level Role

We are actively recruiting an attorney with proven experience representing condominium associations, homeowner associations, and boards. This role is exclusively board-side representation—not unit-owner advocacy.

If you already represent associations (or have in the past) and are looking for a platform that rewards experience, independence, and client relationships, keep reading.

This role is best suited for attorneys who already understand association politics, board dynamics, and the realities of HOA decision-making.

Prior experience representing:
- Condominium associations
- Homeowner associations
- Boards of directors
Comfort advising boards on:
- Governance & compliance
- Enforcement & covenant issues
- Vendor, management, and operational disputes
- Owner disputes and board fiduciary obligations
