We are actively recruiting an attorney with proven experience representing condominium associations, homeowner associations, and boards. This role is exclusively board-side representation—not unit-owner advocacy.

This role is best suited for attorneys who already understand association politics, board dynamics, and the realities of HOA decision-making.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Prior experience representing:
- Condominium associations
- Homeowner associations
- Boards of directors
Comfort advising boards on:
- Governance & compliance
- Enforcement & covenant issues
- Vendor, management, and operational disputes
- Owner disputes and board fiduciary obligations
