Home Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Attendant to provide in-home care and support to our clients in Fenton, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their well-being and independence in a comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with household tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.


• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or personal care aide role is a plus.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and reliably.


• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.


• Must be able to pass background checks.
