JOB SUMMARY

A valued client of ours in the real estate investment industry is looking for a Home Buying Specialist to join their growing team located in Nashville, TN. This person must be a sales closer, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with taking risks, independent, confident, firm and proactive. This person will need to take the initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property
• Setting up seller appointments along with contract negotiations
• Leads are provided to you (Warm/Hot)
• Assessing rehab costs and after-repair-value of the home
• Build trust quickly in a short time- brand ambassador to promote the company.
• Ability to solve problems and get results. Integrity but profit minded
• Taking photos and videos of the property for underwriting purposes
• Understanding and updating CRM as necessary
• Content creation for social media
• Knowledge in multiple acquisition methods

QUALIFICATIONS

• RE license is not required but many salespeople do go on and get it
• 3+ years of sale experience
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and driven to achieve results. Track record of success in sales
• Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker
• Must be motivated to succeed in a highly competitive environment
• Clean background check and driver's license required
• Must live within 1hr radius of Nashville, TN
