Role:  

The goal of this position is to convert motivated home sellers to successful acquisitions the Company can buy and resell. This role involves onsite/in-person sales:

Responsibilities:

• Display Company Core Values - Integrity - Commitment - Humility - Growth


• Attend seller appointments, build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections, solve problems, and ultimately contract houses to purchase.


• Assess comparables, property values, and conditions through research, outreach, data, site walks, and watch market trends


• Liaise between Company and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction


• Follow up on all opportunities & offers using phone, SMS, in-person appointment and email.


• Maintain and utilize company CRM/technology, including Salesforce, Asana, etc.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Residential Real Estate Analysis


• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills


• Strong Time Management Skills and the Ability to Master Details


• Ability to Work Independently and Collaborate When Needed


• Well Organized and Capable of handling multiple high value leads per week
