Home Care Aid

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aids to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in Howell, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed


• Prepare and serve meals according to client dietary needs


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment


• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities as required


• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervising staff


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field preferred


• Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license


• Ability to pass required background checks
