Home Care Aid

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aids to provide essential support to our clients in Milan, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and privacy protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related healthcare field is preferred but not required.


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.


• Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Milan, MI.


• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if needed.


• Must pass background checks.
