Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide quality in-home care services to clients in Chelsea, MI. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.


• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines.


• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy and patience.


• Two forms of ids and being able to work independently without an issue 


• Ability to pass background checks and any required certifications.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Chelsea, MI.
