Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help clients with mobility and transfers as needed.


• Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the supervisory team.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment in clients' homes.


• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.


• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.


• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in Highland Township, MI.


• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.


• Ability to pass background checks 


• Physical ability to perform required duties including lifting and assisting clients.
