Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides in Farmington Hills, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.


• Help with mobility and transferring as needed to ensure client safety.


• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or family members.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the office.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting clients.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes within Farmington Hills, MI.


• Background check clearance and immunizations as required by company policy.
