Home Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants in Brighton, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life through personalized care and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being.


• Support mobility and transportation needs as required.


• Maintain a clean and safe home environment for clients.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.


• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus but not required.


• Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.


• Reliable transportation to clients’ homes in Brighton, MI.


• Ability to pass background checks.
