Home Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and support to promote social and emotional well-being.


• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.


• Monitor and document clients’ health status and communicate any concerns to supervisory staff.


• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures.


• Support clients with mobility and exercises as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or personal care assistance is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient attitude.


• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
