Home Care Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Attendant to provide in-home assistance to clients in Ypsilanti, MI. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to the appropriate parties


• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals


• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
