Home Care Attendant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide medication reminders and help clients follow their health care plans.


• Support mobility and exercise routines according to clients’ needs.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Document care activities and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the office.


• Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and safety.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients.


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within Highland Township, MI.


• Capable of performing physical tasks associated with personal care duties.


• Must pass background and reference checks.


• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
