Home Care Attendent

Description of the Role:

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Attendant to provide personal and medical care to clients in the Ann Arbor, MI area. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities in their homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Administer medication per client's care plan


• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Perform light housekeeping tasks


• Accurately document care provided and any changes in client condition

Requirements:

• Be able to pass a background check 


• Ability to work independently and follow care plans


• Compassionate and patient demeanor


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
