Home Care Attendent

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Attendant to join our team in Novi, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being.


• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.


• Help with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining a safe and clean environment.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Communicate effectively with clients, and family members.


• Report any changes in clients’ physical or emotional status promptly.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.


• Ability to follow instructions and maintain client confidentiality.


• Must be able to pass background checks 


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
