Home Care Attendent

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Attendant to provide quality in-home care services to clients in Pinckney, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to help them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Help with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders


• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with clients and their families


• Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and health regulations

Requirements

• Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently


• Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes


• Ability to pass background checks
