Home Care Attendent

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Attendants in Belleville, MI. This role involves providing essential in-home care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.


• Report any changes in clients’ conditions or needs to the supervisory team promptly.


• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.


• Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.


• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.


• Ability to pass background checks and maintain necessary certifications.
