Salary: $65,000–$70,000 + performance bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We’re looking for a Business Development Advisor who knows the senior care landscape and wants to use their experience to build partnerships, open doors, and help more older adults stay safely at home.
This role is ideal for professionals from:
Assisted living
Skilled nursing
Hospice
Home health
Senior living sales
Healthcare liaison roles
If you know the industry and love connecting with people, this role gives you the freedom to build relationships and create real impact in the community.
As the face of Home Instead in the Columbia market, you will build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations that support aging adults.
Your work helps families discover an alternative to institutional care — high-quality care at home.
This is not a desk job.
You’ll be out in the community building trust and creating opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, and senior care partners
Grow and manage a referral territory through in-person outreach
Identify needs and collaborate with partners on care solutions
Maintain an organized pipeline of referral opportunities
Represent Home Instead at community events and partner meetings
Work closely with internal care teams to ensure excellent client onboarding and outcomes
You’ll have the autonomy to own your territory and the support of a strong internal team.
