What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide personalized, non-medical care that empowers seniors to continue living independently while enjoying the comfort and familiarity of home.

Your Day May Include:

✨ Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

✨ Planning and preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals and providing feeding assistance when needed

✨ Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home

✨ Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and outings as needed

✨ Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support that brightens someone's day

✨ Encouraging participation in daily routines and meaningful activities that promote independence and overall well-being

✨ Observing and communicating any noticeable changes in a client's condition

What We're Looking For

We're searching for compassionate professionals who are dependable, motivated, and committed to providing exceptional care with kindness and respect.

Qualifications

✔ Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor

✔ Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

✔ Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes

✔ Strong communication and organizational skills

✔ Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
