This is one-on-one care, no facility hustle, no managing multiple residents at once. Your focus is the same client, building real trust and meaningful connection.

Position Overview

We are looking for dependable, caring, and teachable individuals who want to make a genuine difference. You choose your schedule, and we do our best to match you with clients whose needs and hours fit your availability.

We do ask for weekend availability - you may end up a with a schedule that lands during the week but we do have set schedules that include a weekend day.

Typical shift times include:

  6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Shift lengths vary depending on the client’s needs.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide companionship and emotional support

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment

  
  


• 
  

  Meal preparation and help with hydration/nutrition

  
  


• 
  

  Support daily routines and encourage independence

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with our care team

Requirements:

  At least 18 years old

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation

  
  


• 
  

  Current auto insurance (you may be driving clients)

  Ability to pass a DACS background check

  Drug-free workplace

  
  


• 
  

  Consistent and reliable attendance

  
  


• 
  

  Willing to commit to your client(s) long-term when possible

  
  

No CNA license required. Caregiver experience is required.

Compensation

Pay varies based on the needs of the client and shift type.
Typical pay range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
