At Caring Senior Service of Phoenix North, we help seniors maintain independence by providing compassionate, non-medical in-home care. As a new and growing agency, we’re building a passionate, mission-driven team—and we’re looking for someone who thrives on connection, purpose, and community impact.

As our Home Care Consultant, you will be connecting families in need with the services we offer and ensuring seniors can remain safe and happy at home.

• Develop and lead outreach strategies to generate new referrals
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, senior centers, rehab facilities, and other partners
• Represent our agency at health fairs, networking groups, and community events
• Track leads, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system
• Coordinate with care staff to ensure a seamless experience for every client
• Consistently meet or exceed referral and growth targets

• Experience in sales, outreach, or business development, ideally in healthcare, senior services, or home care
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of senior care and/or home care is a plus
• Professional, driven, and motivated by meaningful work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel across the service area

• Salary: $45,000-$54,000 (based on experience)
