We are seeking a Home Care Coordinator to play a vital role in our organizations mission. You will play a pivotal role between caregivers and those in need, ensuring that every client receives the quality care they deserve.
The Home Care Coordinator position has Great Growth potential! as this owner wants to expand. The Care Coordinator will be the right hand to the director of Operations. This person will hire, interview, and orient new caregivers - assessing and scheduling them with clients and in facilities.
Requirements
Our Must Haves:
· Must be willing to assist in Marketing and other aspects of the business
· Must be self-directed
· Must NOT need supervision
· Must be able to manage caregivers and create a company culture
· Must Have experience with hiring /recruiting/staffing
· Must be a multitasker, able to have every client staffed
· Must be detail oriented
· Must be professional, with great customer service skills
· Generations software experience (will train)
Experience:
· Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
· Staffing/Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
· Home care staffing: 1 year (Preferred)
