Position Summary

As a Scheduler, you’ll be the key link between clients, caregivers, and our office team. This role is fast-paced and rewarding, requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You’ll make sure schedules run smoothly, caregivers are supported, and clients receive the quality care they deserve.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Answer phones promptly and professionally, assisting clients and caregivers with scheduling needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain client schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered.

  
  


• 
  

  Fill open shifts quickly and communicate assignments to clients, caregivers, and responsible parties.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor missed or late shifts, follow up with caregivers, and keep clients informed.

  
  


• 
  

  Send detailed shift reports to the care team.

  
  


• 
  

  Step in during call-outs to find coverage and keep services consistent.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Experience: Working with adults in acute care, residential, or long-term care settings.

  
  


• 
  

  Preferred: Experience supporting older adults with Alzheimer’s Disease or Dementia.

  
  


• 
  

  Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

  
  


• 
  

  Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Flexibility: Must be adaptable in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM.
