Position Overview
As a Field Specialist, you will be a key part of our in-home care team, delivering personalized care to clients across St. Paul and the surrounding areas. You’ll be expected to provide the highest level of care, demonstrate expertise in handling a wide range of client needs, and build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
What’s in it for you?
Guaranteed 40+ hours per week: Your work schedule will be flexible, but you will have guaranteed availability for 40 hours or more each week.
10 hours of availability per day: Work 5 days a week, and we will send you to clients who need your expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert home care services to clients in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Manage and administer medication and medical treatments, as needed.
- Build rapport with clients, offering emotional support, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Be flexible and adaptable to provide care across a range of clients with different needs.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to management.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a home care provider, personal care assistant, or a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent judgment in all situations.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse population of clients and families.
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to provide care with compassion, patience, and attention to detail.
- Experience with medical tasks such as administering medications and providing assistance with mobility is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between clients' homes.
