🏠 Client Care & Case Management

  Conduct in-home visits to assess care quality and satisfaction

  Update care plans based on changing needs

  Build strong relationships with clients and families

  
  

👩‍⚕️ Caregiver Support & Field Training

• 
  

  Introduce caregivers to clients and provide hands-on training

  
  


• 
  

  Observe and coach caregivers during field visits

  
  


• 
  

  Support new hires and promote best practices in care

  
  

✅ Quality Assurance & Compliance

• 
  

  Conduct quality checks and document observations

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with care standards and policies

  
  


• 
  

  Collect feedback to improve the client experience

  
  

• 
  

  Experience in home care, senior care, or healthcare supervision (required)

  
  


• 
  

  Skilled in care planning, client assessment, and documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Confident communicator and supportive team leader

  Ability to work independently in the field

  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  Willingness to assist with caregiving as needed (CNA, LPN, or RN is a plus)

  Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year (based on experience)
