Description of the role:

University Home Care is currently seeking a Hiring and Staffing coordinator for home health with experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process for our home health department. Your primary focus will be on sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for various home health positions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for home health positions


• Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms


• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings


• Schedule and conduct interviews


• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications


• Ensure compliance with hiring and employment laws and regulations


• Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems


• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires


• Support the development and implementation of hiring strategies

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Hiring and Staffing coordinator for home health


• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes


• Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
