Description of the role:

As a Home Care Hiring Coordinator at University Home Care, you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates to provide home care services to our clients. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing recruitment strategies to attract candidates


• Conducting interviews and selecting candidates


• Collaborating with HR for onboarding new hires


• Maintaining recruitment records and documentation

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruiting at least 1 year experiences 


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent organizational skills


• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
