Description of the Role

As a Home Care Kinnser Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the intake process for new patients. This includes verifying insurance, obtaining necessary medical documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition to home care services.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage for new patients


• Collect and review medical documentation


• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless intake process


• Enter patient information into the Kinnser system accurately


• Communicate effectively with patients and their families

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare intake coordination


• Proficiency in using the Kinnser system


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Knowledge of insurance verification processes

Benefits
