Home Care Marketer

Eminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated Home Care Marketer to join our team and help expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our high-quality home care services to families, healthcare professionals, and community partners. This role involves developing strategic marketing initiatives, building strong referral networks, and increasing brand awareness to support the growth of our organization.

As a Home Care Marketer, you will play a crucial role in connecting individuals with the care they need, while representing Eminence Home Care with professionalism and compassion. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional care to more families in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract potential clients and referral sources.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and local organizations.
• Represent Eminence Home Care at community events, health fairs, and professional gatherings.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance outreach efforts.
• Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication regarding service offerings and client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and social media management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the home care industry and local healthcare networks a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
