Salary: $85,000–$90,000 annually

Family First Home Companions helps older adults live safely and comfortably at home throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team, strengthen referral relationships, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Lead and coach two field marketing representatives and a marketing coordinator.

  
  


• 
  

  Set goals, track referral activity and new business, and hold the team accountable for results.

  
  


• 
  

  Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, and other referral partners.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee continuing education programs, sponsored events, digital marketing, and promotional materials.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the marketing calendar and budget, focusing on activities that generate business.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  At least three years of marketing or business development experience in home care, senior living, or healthcare.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience supervising a team and meeting growth goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage both strategy and day-to-day execution.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.
