  Conduct initial in-home assessments and create personalized care plans

  Perform caregiver skill checks and regular supervisory visits

  Ensure all caregiver and client documentation is accurate and compliant

  Collaborate with the care team to support each client’s health, safety, and satisfaction

  Active RN license in New Jersey

  
  


• 
  

  At least 1 year of nursing experience (geriatric/home care experience a plus)

  
  


• 
  

  6+ months of supervisory experience preferred, but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills, independence, and a passion for senior care

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean background
