Home Care Recruiter

As a Home Care Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified home health aides (HHAs) and other caregiving staff. You’ll work closely with the HR and compliance teams to ensure all candidates meet regulatory and company requirements.

Salary: $24-$26/hour

You will:

• Help home health aides navigate the pre-employment process, including paperwork, background checks, and compliance with state and agency regulations
• Ensure all new hires meet employment requirements such as medical documentation, background clearances, and valid training certifications
• Collect, verify, and organize all required onboarding documents in an accurate and timely manner
• Communicate effectively with new hires, providing guidance, answering questions, and supporting them throughout the onboarding journey
• Collaborate with HR, training, and scheduling teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience

You will have:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting and/or onboarding Home Health Aides or allied health professionals
• Proficiency with recruiting and onboarding software; experience with systems such as HHAeXchange and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate documentation
• Proven problem-solving abilities to address and resolve onboarding challenges efficiently
• Knowledge of home care regulations, including familiarity with relevant state and federal compliance standards
