Job Summary:
The Home Care Clinical Supervisor oversees the clinical operations of our home care services, supporting field staff and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This leadership role includes staff mentorship, regulatory oversight, and coordination of care delivery — all within a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to home care field staff

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care

• Support orientation and training of new clinicians

• Conduct supervisory visits as required

• Assist with recruitment, retention, and development of clinical staff

• Promote compliance with professional and regulatory standards

• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri

• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role or home care setting

• Experience with Department of Mental Health (DMH) clients is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and communicate effectively with teams, patients, and families

• Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality care

• A positive, team-driven attitude with a heart for service
