At Caring Senior Service of Oakland County South, our mission is to help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We’re looking for a dedicated and self-driven Home Care Consultant to take the lead in local outreach, connect families with essential care services, and build strong partnerships in the community.

  Develop and implement local outreach strategies to drive qualified client referrals

  
  


• 
  

  Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and local organizations

  
  


• 
  

  Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, and networking groups

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with office staff and caregivers to ensure an exceptional client experience

  
  


• 
  

  Track referral activity and progress toward monthly outreach and sales goals

  
  

• Experience in sales, business development, or outreach, ideally within home care, healthcare, or senior care services (Required)

• Strong interpersonal and communiction skills
  



• 
  

  Understanding of home care services is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about making a difference

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally across the service area

  
  

• 
  

  Competitive Base Salary: $45,000–$55,000 (based on experience) + commission
