Who We're Looking For:

A Sales Powerhouse – You have 2+ years of sales experience (home care, healthcare, or senior industry a big plus!)

A Presenter Pro – Great at communications and you know how to build relationships with referral sources like hospitals, senior living communities, and physicians

A Closer – You don't just generate leads-you convert them into revenue

A Go-Getter – Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to dominate your territory

A Purpose-Driven Salesperson – Passionate about helping seniors and making an impact in the community

What You'll Do:

Generate & Grow Business – Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key referral sources

Be the Face of RIGHT ACCORD – Educate healthcare professionals, community partners, and families about our services

Close Deals – Convert referrals into signed clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets

Engage in Community Outreach – Attend networking events, host educational presentations, and build trust in the marketplace
