Scheduler Requirements:
- Scheduling/staffing experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer and office skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Desire to help families and make a true difference
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively and stay calm during stressful times

About the Home Care Scheduler Position:
- Conduct daily activities in the scheduling department, ensuring that all shifts have been filled and schedules are communicated to caregivers and clients
- Oversee field staff as it relates to customer service and client interaction
- Maintain communication with field staff & clients
- Solve problems quickly and effectively
- Support intake calls for potential client and maintain service standards
- Must be comfortable with handling complex scheduling demands and managing multiple simultaneous client and field staff needs
- Manage and filter incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgable manner
- Prioritize, and re-prioritize to get the job done, maintain organizational skills at all times
- Documentation
- Paid on-call rotation shared with several staff member (one week a month)
Your Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 8am-5pm
- M-F
- Ability to be on call one week a month
- Ability to choose office location of Hudson, WI or Lake Elmo, MN
