Home Care Shift Scheduler

Description of the role:

The Home Care shift scheduler at University Home Care will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling shifts for caregivers to provide in-home care services to our clients in Livonia, MI. You will be making the schedule between the client and the caregiver. Make sure the cg are make it to you client home.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain shift schedules for caregivers


• Communicate schedule changes with clients and caregivers


• Ensure proper coverage for all shifts


• Manage authorization services 


• Address any scheduling conflicts or issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in scheduling or a similar role


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure


• Two forms of ids, and own tranportation 


• At least 1-2 years experiences required
