  Source, onboard, and build a dependable team of compassionate caregivers who share your dedication to senior care.

  Lead recruitment efforts to ensure a strong and reliable caregiving team.

  
  

📚 Training & Support:

• 
  

  Provide comprehensive training and conduct skill evaluations to ensure caregivers are well-prepared to meet client needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Offer ongoing coaching and support to caregivers, creating a culture of continuous improvement.

  
  

📝 Care Planning (If Licensed - RN/LPN):

• 
  

  Develop individualized care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met and regularly updated as conditions change.

  
  

📅 Scheduling Coordination:

• 
  

  Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, and availability to ensure both parties are satisfied with the care they receive.

  
  

💬 Client Relationship Management:

• 
  

  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to foster trust and ensure quality care.

  
  

👐 Hands-On Care:

• 
  

  Step in to provide direct care, companionship, and support as needed, particularly in times of high demand or caregiver shortage.

  
  

• 
  

  5+ years of experience providing direct care to seniors (professional or personal).

  
  


• 
  

  Supervisory or healthcare management experience is a plus, but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office or similar software to track and manage schedules, care plans, and caregiver performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass background checks

  Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  
  (Includes rotating on-call duties for evening/weekend coverage)

  Office Location: Kerrville, TX (includes travel to client homes)

  Hourly Salary: $17–$18/hour (based on experience)
