Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Howell, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment


• Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition to supervisors


• Follow care plans and ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times

Requirements

• Able to pass a background check 


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients safely


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
