Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Northville, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Support clients with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.


• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary requirements.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.


• Follow care plans and company policies to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus, but not necessary.


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and family members.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.


• Valid driver’s license/ Id card  and reliable transportation to make it to the client home.
