Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a reliable and caring Home Care Worker to join our team in Marine City, MI. This role involves providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. This position has a morning shift and an evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation


• Provide light housekeeping duties including laundry and cleaning


• Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients


• Support clients in mobility and transfers safely


• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and good communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Reliable transportation to and from client homes


• Background check
