Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide personalized in-home care to our clients in Temperance, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean living environment.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.


• Follow care plans and instructions from their care plan.


• Ensure clients’ safety and well-being at all times.

Requirements

• Own transportation


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient.


• Must pass background checks .
