University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Milford, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential in-home support to clients, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervising staff or family members.


• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.


• Ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable and able to work independently.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.


• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
