Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide quality care to clients in Pinckney, MI. In this role, you will support clients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, with payments made bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any significant changes to management.


• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to coordinate care.

Requirements

• Able to work interdependently


• Ability to pass background and reference checks.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Pinckney, MI.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
