Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide in-home support and assistance to our clients in Manchester, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Help with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing


• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or needs to supervisors


• Assist with medication reminders and ensure clients' safety at all times


• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and follow instructions


• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings


• Valid driver’s license/ Id card and reliable transportation preferred
