Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide in-home support to clients in Marine City, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will assist individuals with daily living tasks to promote independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Provide companionship and support to clients during daily activities.


• Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals.


• Support clients with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices.


• Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related healthcare field is a plus.


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.


• Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.


• Ability to pass background checks.
